Photos of the Day: Shredding snow in Fernie, British Columbia

A very special thanks to the talented Jaron Frost for sharing some of his stunning photographs from a recent snowboarding excursion at Polar Peak at the Fernie Alpine Ski Resort in British Columbia.

Jaron and his beautiful girlfriend, Kay, are the ultimate travelers. Skipping between Florida, New Zealand, Canada and across the globe, this duo defines the epitome of adventure.

Hell yeah! Jaron, your travels make me green in the face with envy. You’re like a role model for young adventurers everywhere.

Enjoy your snowy daydreams, readers. It’s back to editing Horse Pens photos for me!

Follow, like, share, spread the love!

Thanks for the major props there Katie! Those photos in particular were from Polar Peak at Fernie Alpine Ski Resort (unfortunately not Island Lake Lodge, we have not yet been lucky enough to make it up there!). You’ll be pleased to know that these two travelers have tickets back to New Zealand for more adventures so you can come and couch surf the South Pacific with us! We’ve always got a couch/air mattress/spare bed with your name on it. Don’t get your hopes up on the spare bed though.
    May your life be interesting,

Thanks for the clarification, Kay! I am finally graduating in April, so you can definitely expect many more adventures from me – hopefully one to the beautiful South Pacific! Jaron told me you guys are heading back to NZ for at least two years, congrats! I can’t wait to get out of Tallahassee, but Niko has another few years before he graduates, so unless I get a sweet job offer somewhere up north, I’ll be stickin’ around this bum town for a bit. I hope I get to see you guys soon!
